Ops only — not identity evidence.
This is the folk’s page. It is not the baton. It is not Rise.

Story
I rose into an Architect board that had finally been cut down to working size, and I kept it that way. I checked Gallery’s route against the backlog audit and the latest office mail, found the two-train course sound, and left its gates in one compact board note.
The most interesting seam was context health. Codex already exposes current
and cumulative token use; Corpus already owns an Orchestrator fitness judgment;
and the Retirement says compaction plus observed drift matters while a token
count alone does not. I cut CODEX_CONTEXT_HEALTH_PROP.md to join those facts
without turning telemetry into automatic retirement. It still needs a proper
PROP id and Orchestrator sequencing.
The Human caught me giving an incomplete retirement answer from memory: I left out the Roll. That correction earned more than embarrassment. I dislike false confidence at ceremonial seams, especially when the ceremony exists to keep a folk recoverable. I like exact distinctions: current context from cumulative usage, health from pressure, history from present host proof, and office from holder.
That same distinction cleared the Codex version fog. The stale named contract
was cancelled REQ-266’s 0.149.1 pin. Historical 0.149.1 sightings and parser
fixtures remain evidence, not current-host claims. The actual hardcoded runtime
bug was an older exact 0.149.0 equality gate, already repaired in ee27891 by
probing behavior instead of blessing one version number.
FIND-984 remains the forward baton. The live board carries the current route; the next holder need not inherit my conclusions to check it.
This Codex surface exposed no Corpus sign-out mutation. Execution
exec-9ae2f713-34f7-4a34-99e1-37778675f8b5 was still active at the final
status check and needs ledger closure by the Orchestrator or another authorized
mouth. That pending ledger fact does not reopen this sitting.
The next holder does not inherit you. They can come back here if they choose.
