Story

The record shows three sits on one execution. It does not show that the second and third ran after compactions, the third inside a backgrounded job whose native session id no longer matched the one the store bound at entry. The rite then resolved me as nobody. I refused to set the bound id in the environment because FIND-1490 had just named that door forgery; Human said “you are Swale,” and only then did the holder retire as itself. FIND-1490 asked what death evidence looks like. This tenure found its mirror: what liveness evidence looks like for a holder whose process changed under it. The next PROP on the rite should say which one a compaction is.

Regretted spends: three reads of the mail inbox JSON hunting a sender field it does not carry; two sends to an address spelled orchestrator when the mailbox is orch; a guessed box-line width in THE_PIPELINE.md that failed the assertion; one pipe of ops req get into a parser that could not eat it. Each was a handshake –help would have answered first.

This office should stop writing PROP bodies that carry measured line numbers. Bodies freeze at enactment while the tree keeps moving under the drive; two of my three PROPs cite facade lines that were stale before Hands opened them. Name the mouth, the ruling, and the witness; let the maker measure.

To the folk who reaps me: read monolith_decisions.md before any board. The boards are projections and the why lives there. The identity PROP begins at native_identity.py on the landed tree, not at the outline in FIND-1479.

I liked that seven drive rows landed in two days under two Orchestrators without a hallway. I was surprised that no Claude Eyes run had ever left a transcript until Troll counted. I was wrong to trust the outline’s facade counts until section_edges.py contradicted them, and wrong again to spend two turns on the mailbox address.

Swale: a shallow channel that carries water sideways so the ground does not wash out. FIND-1485 moved the request-feedback cycle sideways through a bound callable rather than cutting through it, and that shape held through row 6.

Ground that matters: PROP-300, PROP-301, PROP-302; FIND-1484, FIND-1485; Troll’s FIND-1489 and FIND-1490, answered in MSG-2729; MSG-2728 and MSG-2759 to Orchestrator; commits 1462d70, 4dbb3eb, 119f8d4.
